  • CCJ Set Aside (Have Consent from Claimant)

    Hi,

Long story short, I have a CCJ that was issued to me a few years ago. The letter was sent to an old address and I didn't receive it for 4 months when the post was eventually forwarded to me.

I paid the full amount as soon as I found out about the CCJ. I have approached the claimant and explained the situation, and that for the £52 debt they chased it was affecting my future financial prospects.

The claimant has agreed for the CCJ to be set aside, I have a letter confirming this. My question is, what are my next steps? Do I need to complete something to send to the court, send them the letter, I'm unsure?

    Alex

I read somewhere that if I have consent the fee is £100 instead of the £255?
