Defendant offered to settle and pay me can they reclaim again in the future?
The other side offered to pay my full claim and costs and drop their claim entirely but they wrote it in a way that makes me think they will try to claim for it again in a seperate case
I have 2 days before court if someone could please help me I don't want to accept if this is a sneaky way for them to drop it then reclaim when they've collected more evidence without it going against them or whether I can accept and argue if they bring a claim again that they settled before so they can't reclaim
