    CCA

    Is a CCA enforceable if it has been signed electronically but has not been dated. I ask this as TM legal have sent me a copy of one that I requested regarding an old loan I had in 2015 and they have taken me to court about it. There is no date on the CCA to state the date it was started.

    with evidence a judge would deem enforceable as purchases etc would show from a certain date and the balance of probabilities kick in, trouble since 2009 on line no signature was allowed.
