  • Notice of judgement entered

    Hi,
I would like some guidance please? I am a freelance trainer, and have worked for approx. 30/40 different companies. One company emailed us to say that they were paying only 50% of our outstanding invoices and if we refused, then we would get nothing.* They said they could do this as they have just received the furlough money? I thought the furlough money was to pay their staff? This involved dozens if not hundreds of trainers. (They are still trading and advertising for more trainers)
I accepted the 50% and took out a CCJ for the Balance (£215)
I eventually asked for a Judgement to be entered against them, and have just received a Notice of Judgement Entered. As this is the first time I have had to do this, I am at a loss as to what comes next?
    Any guidance would be appreciated.
    Many thanks in advance.
