    Got this letter from cst law, is this a real solicitors letter, or a debt letter made too look official, I stay in Scotland, can they still take me too court

        There from England and I have never lived there, I owe the electricity company money, will I challenge the jurasdiction

          If you wish to dispute the courts jurisdiction the rules are here:*https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pr...l/rules/part11
          However claims can be served in Scotland from England* CPR 6.32**https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pr...es/part06#6.32

              Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

              Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

              If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
