I like to know any professional uninitiated opinion.
I am in a special situation. I sent instructing form for enforcement of Employment Tribunal Award to High Court Enforcement Officers by 9 March 2020, that was few days before UK government close all restaurants, fastfood, etc.
My exemployer - respondent against this enforcement is, he is owner of restaurant. HCEO received Writ of Control in my case from County Court yesterday. And HCEO informed me, that they sent notice about enforcement to my respondent.
But I have worries that in this situation with coronavirus probably when my respondent is in worse financial situation than usual, so is smaller chance that I will receive whole debt from respondent. Does UK government helping temporary closed restaurants in this situation?
Has anyone had an idea of how the situation could evolve in my case?
I am also in bad financial situation now.
    Thank you

The chances of you getting payment are I think slender at best. Your Defendant is now aware of the steps you have taken but I doubt the HCEO will attend until the present situation eases, and even then would imagine they will claim they have no assets.

      Thank you for your answer.
I will see. HCEO sent me a message, that they set date and they will escalate enforcement process if they don't receive payment within this date from debtor.
They probably know what they are doing after years of practice.
Or maybe enforcement will be postponed.

At present most Enforcement visits are on hold but still have to send out the Notice of Enforcement. Where possible they are following up by phone and/or email. They should keep you updated on progress.
