Making a Court Claim against a High Court Bailiff

Hi. I want to make charges to a bailiff for the removal of my car which the had no right to claim. The car has now been returned by order of the HC. I would like to invoice them for all the hours I spent in making my court claim, emails, phone calls, court attendance, days without the car and also damage to the vehicle while in their possession. Any advice would be appreciated. TY.

Do you mean the actual Bailiff that attended or the HCEO? If the Bailiff then that would be an EAC2 Complaint but it is only fair you should be made aware that if you lose you could be held responsible for all costs which can run into thousands. Very few EAC2 Complaints have been upheld in the last few years.

*No against the Shergroup the HCEO were from. I wan to send them an invoice and if they fail to pay take them to court.

You will have to remember that you would need to take the correct entity to Court. I would be very wary and at the very least ensure you ask someone to look over what you propose to file.
