  • Set Aside Hearing during Coronavirus?

In a bit of a predicament here.*

In the event of my ex landlady applying for a set aside hearing regarding her default judgement, how would this go ahead during this whole coronavirus pandemic? Would it be delayed until this is all over? At present the address for correspondence on the documents is my work address, which is now closed so I don't have access to it (I put this address as I don't want her knowing my family address. During my time staying at her place she would sometimes mention her affiliation with gangs etc which was one of the reasons I left, so I don't want her putting my family at risk). Is there any possible way I can get any documents emailed to me? And if so, who would I contact to get this change?*

The worst thing would be if a hearing date is set and I have no way of knowing about it.*

    Thank you all.*

    Hello,
Currently only urgent matters are being seen in courthouses. I would suggest putting your home address for future correspondence just because we are in uncertain times and there's no telling when your work could open again. You can set up a redirection service with Royal Mail.
