    I'd be interested to know what their position is myself Thegaffer111 they haven't contacted me. It remains on my credit report including a raised balance for the cost of taking the matter to court. I would imagine they need to reduce that if their case was dismissed. I don't think there is anyway to get them remove the default and/or entry but I am no expert on that. CRA's seem to be a law unto themselves.

      Are you not keen to get it off your file, maybe contact them and negotiate a deal?
      they will let it sit there for 6 years i assume.
