  • Civil enforcement court case

Received N1 court claim .Driver stopped to purchase throat lozenges in a very small car park on his way to pick up some goods elsewhere .Shop busy . Left after a few minutes .On return journey tried again ...made purchase and left ! Not aware of any signage .No restriction on any return visit . 40 minutes free parking . Case of Double Dipping .1st entry and last exit recorded .Cel consistently refused to furnish any details ie landowner .All for a 50p packet of lozenges . We have a signed and dated delivery note given to the driver .Totally shocking state of affairs . Appreciate advice here as it it driving us crazy

AoS sent , then Defence *on 28th February which is acknowledged by Court . Checked online and it appears that no response has been filed .I was about send a DQ to to claimant plus an SAR to them and the Landlord . *CEL has repeatedly refused to give this information saying it was Data Protection .I obtained it through the Land Registry .I was also going to prepare my Witness Statement What should be be my next step , or should I assume that the Pandemic is causing delays
