    Hi looking for some advice on behalf of my partner.She received a notice of claim 3 days ago from Cabot for the sum of £810.The 2 days later she go a letter from Nolands Solicitors stating as you know Cobot financial uk limited has obtained a court decree for payment of that sum plus interest and expenses. The decree remains enforceable for 20 years .Do anyone know if this I correct. We live in Scotland. Thanks for your time

    This is correct. A court decree can only be written off 20 years after the date of the decree.
