  • Fully pleaded defence

In 2016 I was a victim of identity fraud, I was only 19 and in university and many things were taken out in my name. I received a CCJ from Lowell solicitors and we ended up going to court and it went in my favour for the claim to be set aside. I now have to send a fully pleaded defence by the 3rd of February and I don't really know where to start. How do i structure the defence? Do I send the defence only to Lowell solicitor or to the court as well? Thanks in advance for any help x
