Breach of Contract on Private Land

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for some advice on a situation I've found myself in. I run a minibus service and found that everywhere we go just lately there's signs about penalty charges for stopping or parking in the wrong place, this is private land etc etc. I have now 2 county court sommons to defend. The first is for allegedly stopping in an area where stopping in not allowed, I'm up to the N180 stage after applying for a stay of execution for a further 14 days. Basically they have pictures of the minibus stood within the Private land (East Midlands Airport) and I have evidence to the contrary. Which way should I go ? It's been allocated for the fast track, but I'm not sure how to complete the N180 if anyone can help I'd be very grateful. I'll start a new thread for the other one.

Why is it allocated to the fast track?

Give some more details, such as the Notice to Keeper received and what the signs say.

I have defended the claim, it,s completing the N180 I,m a bit stuck with. It has to be submitted around the 10th Dec

They are trying to say that any stopping will be considered parking and so thay can issue a notice.* There is a court case where the judge stated that stopping is not parking.

Thanks, *that confirms they are trying to twist it from stopping to parking so they can rely on Pofa 2012. Any idea where I can find the case where the judge has made the decision on the stopping? And could I rely on it verbally in a county court as its too late for any written evidence.

In light of the court cases being vacated, Do you think this might be a good time to contact the Claimant and tell them my arguments and the legislation they haven’t stuck too? Or will I be giving them ammunition to fire back at me?
