Finished my reply to defence and counterclaim the defendants had the case transferred to the local County Court - shall I email the court a copy and post it to both the court and defendant (part 20 Claimant) incase the court tries to say they didn't receive it via post?
Can I serve court documents by email to court or does it have to be by post
