  • Witness statement help

Today I received a letter saying that I have to send my witness statement is this just the same as my defence statement or do I need to add more? I will add my defence statement below.

This has got me really stressed as I'm waiting for a heart transplant right now and already in ill health so any help would be much appreciated.
