  • Paperwork received from Lowell. Help needed to write defence

My 28 days to file a defence for CCJ of £2000 is about to expire.
i requested the CCA and default notice from Lowell and received them today. The default notice doesn't look remotely genuine, it's not on headed paper, it has no name or address if the original debtor and even the name / signature if the credit controller has no company name underneath. Surely the notice of assignment would make some mention of the company name or address somewhere.
I need help with what to write in my defence. I genuinely do not think I ever received the notice if assignment or any default notice. I received letters from Lowell intermittently over the last 4 years but ignored them.
    Thanks in advance
