    I believe it has been terminated with an order to pay the remaining balance over the next 8 months to keep the vehicle. The date set for the court was 30th september and they still haven’t had it back from the court after they requested the court hearing be cancelled as an agreement had been reached between me and Moneybarn.

    Theres not much else in the consent order other than what I have attached. Wondering whether I should ring them to clarify bit concerned it might cause them to act now if I do.

    I was was a bit shocked about recovering from public highway as there is no mention of this either
