We moved last October. We filled in a seller property information form. No issues. A few weeks before we completed next doors new boyfriend ( drug addict) accused us of scratching his van. Police were called but nothing came of it. We moved, these people followed the removal van and we have had constant harassment for months. Letters, fake social media messages and they both constantly drive past our house, stop, slow down and look in. Recently driving past us and threatening us. We have been forced to have cctv professionally installed. The police and council are aware and have already warned them. We are now at the point where it is getting unbearable and we are looking at obtaining an injunction.
If the people who purchased our old property get wind we are being harrassed, and they have problems, can they sue us for mis representation in regards to the house sale. Even though we filled in the SPIF in good faith
