During 2014 I got into tons of debt and struggled. I received claim forms back then from a company called Bryn Carter? For a debt possibly a catalogue, instead of defending at the time I made an agreement with the company via a Tomlin order. The agreement was £10 per month
this was paid every month so over 5 years until I changed banks and totally forgot to reset the standing order up. I received no correspondence from them until I received an alert that a CCJ had been registered. The debt is now only £900 however only started off at £1250 from the very start but increased with court fees etc
the question I have is I have just under 30 days to pay to remove ccj and I have money available to do it however wondering if it’s possible to negotiate- it annoys me I have paid for over 5 years, and this company has probably only paid 20p in the £.
