Hi Guys,
I have hearing of n244 application for judgement to be set aside on Friday 5th July. I am the claimant and the defendant had filed N244 application last year. Defendant defence on the N244 application is that they did not receive any court proceedings.I am quite nervous and do not know what to expect. I have prepared for all the reasons why defendant's request need to be refused and even if the judgement is set aside there is no reasonable argument for defendant to be sucessful in the trial.
I would like to know what are the chances of defendant winning this hearing with just by stating that he/she did not receive any court proceedings?
