Student Loans Erudio County Court Claim Form

Appreciate some help and guidance have to reply within 14 days to the county court business centre for a claim form issued 03/06/19. so don't have much time! I was pretty upset when my SL account was transfered to Erudio November 2013 as I had been defering since graduation (last deferment june 2013) as I have never worked in a full time job since 1997 after studying for 4 years. There were a lot of intial problems with the way they adminstrated many student accounts and when i looked into further deferment, I had to provide chapter & verse far more information than the old regime and they stated they would register the defered account with credit agencies something i thought was unacceptable & unfair and I had to give them permission for this which i declined so I was unable to defer since then. Mylast official contact was deferring my account in March 2013 I have not been in touch other than a telephone when my account was transfered since then & I am 50 in February so was hoping all this could be forgotten, looking at the paperwork repayment terms over 60 months from when my deferment ended probably June 2014, do iHave any defence I cant afford to pay the debit and feel the system has trapped me rather!
