    Help advice required plz

    Have a old MBNA credit debt resurface from 2008/09. and GobalArrow/Shoosmiths going down CCJ threating court action .Any advice or suggestions .Thanks

    Info regarding matter above.had a card default 2009 mbna and was on payment plan for a year or so .10 pound token payments due to unemployment in 2008.Then I totally stopped few years back and 4th may 2019 get letter from global arrow stating they sent to shoosmiths on there behalf to collect via court. or repay .Any advice or suggestions .Thanks for reading
