    Good day
    my default judgement has been set aside. Today i have received court papers stating the claim is now a defended claim and i need to fill out the directions questionnaire. I have heard nothing from arrow global since filing my defence with the court. Does this automatically mean it will go to a hearing ? Small claims track?
    In my defence i stated i have not received anything from anyone which is genuine due to 5 moves in 6 years. Domestic violence. will i need to write a statement of truth and if i have not had any paperwork how can i respond to a this debt claim i have not requested anything apart from what i asked for in my defence papers. Unsure of what to do next .

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
