    hi all please can someone help me I have recived a letter from HM Courts & Tribunals Service from Lowell portfolio vs me and the letter say immediate action required and says to avoid prison sentence anyone help me or give me an idea what I should do

    You have been sent the N56 form to complete as a creditor is trying to enforce a CCJ that you have and wants you to complete a Statement of Means so they can get an Attachment of earnings and have payments to the CCJ deducted from your pay.
