My partner and I recently separated but she is now denying me access to belongings from her house.
I can't prove I own everything but there are items I can show evidence for.
Is this theft.
I have asked her to return these things and provided a list but so far nothing.
This has been going on for 2 months now.
Some of these items have sentimental value others are high value items, my mothers wedding rings for example.
