    *URGENT*COURT TOMORROW - what is to be expected at a small claims court hearing?

    I am going to a court hearing tomorrow at a small claims court. However, I am unsure of what to expect, ie what the room will look like, who will be allowed in the room? Also, about 2 months ago I had to provide evidence to the opposing party and the court and visa versa. By doing this, does this mean the judge has seen both sides already and will have some idea of a verdict? And will both parties be able to provide a defence before the verdict after receiving each other’s evidence and statement?
