My original question that I thought had been answered ...hasn`t . And now I have only 2 days until hearing !

I don`t wish to be rude but ...I really need to know if somebody on here knows a definitive answer . So my set aside hearing WHICH I`M NOT RELYING ON A STATUTE BARRED DEFENCE ...if it is set aside ...and I already now know it will be SET ASIDE .

So I was told that if it is set aside it will NEVER be statute barred because the original claim was put before the bulk clearing cntr before the 6 years was up ... and now I`m led to believe that this is not the truth ...and that when it is SET ASIDE, the date of the ccj that is now set aside no longer has any significance and the original date of last payment /acknowledgement applies .

Is there anybody that can definitively answer this before I actually have to ask the District Judge in person in 2 days ?
