  • Lending Stream / Asset Collections

Apologies for my naivety and apologies if this is reposted elsewhere. I have been in the process of reclaiming interest from PDL companies using the debt camel website templates. With this money I have been paying off creditors, agreeing payment plans and basically sorting my life out. Unfortunately one creditor lending stream has taken me to court through ASSET COLLECTIONS and TM LEGAL SERVICES. I should have completed the pre court pack but didn't and so received a claim form. I have stated I will submit a defence to try and buy myself more time so I can pay off the £1400 if it goes to court and avoid a CCJ. What should I cover in my defence? The same irresponsible lending argument I am using to claim money back?
