    Hello everyone, just looking for some advice please.

    I have a CCJ which was given in 2014 from a debt from o2 in 2012. It is for just over £1000. I have not made any payments and have not heard anything since receiving the ccj until this month, which has actually gone to my mothers house which I haven’t lived for 3 years but of course she passed the letters onto me.

    The first letter was from shoosmiths regarding the debt the debt and offering a discounted rate, this was ignored.
