The N316 form has a section where I can request the defendants be questioned by a judge(rather than by a court officer). Could I request this due to the fact that the defendants have clearly lied about their employment on their N245 form?
I am also wondering whether the defendants have committed perjury by lying on the form where they have signed "I declare the details I have given above are true to the best of my knowledge"? I suspect this is not perjury as it is not under oath - any ideas anyone?
