Hi everyone
I posted some months ago about a CCJ claim made by Restons against me. At the time I responded with the standard request for further documents etc...some of which I received, some that I haven’t.
Anyway, I now live abroad in Asia. I am non resident for tax purposes. I have informed Restons several times that I am now abroad. I have just found out via the MOL that the claim has now been set to a county court in the U.K. Restons continue to send correspondence to an old address I once lived at, but have not actually lived at for over 10 years! They claim I am living there despite me sending proof I am now resident in a foreign country.
Is anyone able to assist with how best to proceed please? With living abroad I haven’t received any information by post about the developments as I do not have a U.K. address.
