Hi.. just looking for some advice.
I have received a letter from Count Court business centre ..
this is in relation to overstating in a car park. There were photo olimages of the car entering and leaving the car park. I have so far not responded to any mail received.
what do I do moving forward now?
I previously read forums whichadvised me not to pay the initial fine as they couldn't pursue it etc
please advise whatis my best course of action
    thank you

The advice to ignore has not been good advice since 2012 as they can now pursue, as you have found out. First thing to do is to acknowledge the claim online using the details and password on the form. Write noting in the Defence. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to submit your defence to the court.

To help you more information is needed. Remember the driver parked the car and you are the registered keeper. No need ti identify the driver and do not do so.

Post up a copy of the PCN you received, removing identifying details but leave the dates.
