  • Cohen Cramer - enforcement

i have received a letter from Cohen Cramer solicitors threatening to enforce a ccj obtained in jan 18 as it is £200 in arrears. I have never made contact with them about the debt and don’t know what the debt was for. Will they enforce the ccj and get bailiffs or do I keep ignoring them

I think you need to find out what the CCJ is for - at the moment you don't even know if it is for a debt that was yours. Look at your credit record or check on Trust Online and contact the relevant to court to find out some details.
