On going case with Capquest & Restons

Hi again.

I have a current thread in regards to this but don't want to try and take it off course any more than I ready have done.

I recently found a .pdf by searching through Google that littlewoods apparently amended their terms and conditions on consumer account agreements prior to 2014. 3 years after my account was allegedly opened.

I am led to believe that the claimant pursuant to my .CA request must provide at minimum a reconstituted agreement and a further agreement with the amended terms.

is this correct?

obviously if they provided an agreement soley with the amended terms I could quite easily pick up on this, but how would I get hold of the original agreement to compare??

Furthermore, on the screenshot Restons provided from shop directs case management system does say "current agreement sent".
