Apologies for not updating. I spoke to Di about my matter, and after considering the merits have decided to go with her and Jo to defend me. There were too many approaches I could have taken in my defence, and as you showed in my earlier posts too easy to by myself to miss the pertinent points and blow my chances. The defence Jo and Co. (sorry not sure if I am allowed to repeat the company name which is several posts above ) produced from what I could understand of it, included points which an amateur like me would have missed, and particulars sufficiently unique to the matter, that it really benefited a trained professional's eye and experience. Its not over yet, and nothing is guaranteed especially where Courts are concerned, but to me it was worth paying the modest fee to sleep better and know whatever the eventual result, I will have done what I could do to defend my position.

As appropriate I will update. Thanks again to those representing me.

Sometimes it makes sense to instruct solicitors in situations where there can be complicated legal arguments to plead.

Our firm is used to being referred to as “Jo & Co” since Jo is a sole practitioner and I’m the “& Co”
