They are required, under Civil Procedures Rules, to make available, all evidence they and their client are relying on. How else do they expect you to respond to what they are claiming otherwise? It is very easy for someone to say "You did so-and-so and you now owe me £x.xx," but not provide evidence that you are, in fact, liable to pay £x.xx.

As others have said, unless RLP and their client can prove they have suffered actual and quantifiable loss and can attribute such loss to you, they are treading on unsafe ground, legally.
