I HAVE JUST RECEIVED THE THIRD LETTER FROM THEM
there are few differences from the letters posted on this platform, they say that they received the video evidence from primark, and according to GDR and 2018 act they can take me to court , but the wordings say “ if the retailer wishes to do so”

    what do you advise
as A law abiding citizen, this is scary to me

      sorry, missed your earlier post

Primark lost nothing and won't be taking you to court
Be interesting if they did however as you could counterclaim for the faulty item you were trying to exchange!
      Just ignore RLP

thank you for your reply ,I received only 4 letters from RLP, the last one was last year

today I received this letter , from “bpo collation “ so it’s not capital resolve or any known debt collectors been mentioned in these threads

please read the letter and let me know, to be honest I am really scared now since they claim my credit score will be affected, please see the letter below

If you use our search facility you will see that we have enquiries about BPO going back to 2012.
They are not new on the block but just another lot of toothless debt collectors.

They cannot affect your credit rating.
They cannot take you to court.
RLP cannot take you to court

Primark could initiate court action, but won't.
If they did, and if you lost (most unlikely) and then you failed to pay the judgment award within thirty days, only then would your credit rating be affected.

so cease worrying and ignore BPO

That’s really kind of you , I’m relaxed now reading your comment

I thought BPO are new and they can enforce debt collection

I appreciate your help and I will keep you posted
            thanks again

I don't think it is difficult to obtain phone numbers if you know what you are doing (I don't!)

So I wonder what is suddenly so important it has become "urgent" ?
Funnily enough another poster has received identical message today
Must be their new way of trying to pressurise victims.
Before we know what is happening they will pick up their red crayon and write in scary big letters!

"Urgent" is just a ruse to try and get you to contact them so they can harass you to pay (and, incidentally, it makes you confirm they have found the correct phone number for you).

It isn't urgent, continue to ignore them.
