    no such thing they cannot fine you only a court issue fines, you will receive a begging letter == IGNORE they have no power read other threads, after a few letters then they go away and cry you were not taken as a mug!

      They are NOT fines.
      Fines are levied by courts.
      RLP and their ilk send out these invoices and hope people like you will pay.
      Just ignore their letters, don't feed their coffers with cash to which they are not entitled.

        They are not fines, only courts can issue fines. You don't pay anything, you ignore the letters

            If you do not pay, do they send debt collectors to your home? I have children and I dont want that to happen. Many thanks

                No they do not. If you don't pay usually they send you around five letters and then pass it to a debt collection agency who sent a couple of letters with big scary red writing on and then usually they give up. There are examples of the letters they send at the top of the forum Have a read and then you're prepared for it.

                    I cant believe they actually have the right to do that to people who obviously dont have money in the first place. Okay thank you everyone. One last question, does it knock your credit score? I just got mine up to good
