      The OP has already approached the police I believe, there is no criminal case to answer at this point, to repeat the owner of the vehicle has not made a complaint to them and the vehicle was taken away with the consent of the keeper.

      I am afraid it is you that does not understand the law either variety, i have outlined a plan of action for the Op, yours is merely to complain to the police, well for the hundredth time they are NOT INTERESTED

                You know BB you call me a troll, I find that really very annoying.
                There are knowledgeable people on here and over the road who have ceased posting because you are present on the various threads you inhabit, because they know that your views are so incorrect and manner so bullish that they would probably get banned if they got int an argument with you, you disrupt with yo erroneous views and distorted perspectives, really your best place is on the FMOTL websites where you can rant to your hearts content to the like minded.
