Looking for some advice about going to the small claims court, is it a complicated process as I've no one representing me and I've never done this before, any advice, links or any knowledge from previous experience would be greatly received. Thank you.

As EXC says, what kind of claim is it ? Moneyclaims are pretty straightforwards most of the time.
