    eTMA system is used by the Open University for all LLB courses, and also a range of non law subjects too.

    I used the eTMA system when i was with the OU back in 2005-2008

      Although the OP didn't seem to want a serious debate, this subject is very interesting and I'm glad the thread stayed open because I wasn't around at the weekend.

      Only site admin can close a thread on any forum, and they'd do that for a good reason.

      IQ tests are highly misleading with regards to people's ability to understand the facts put in front of them:http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/s...elligence.html

      The juror's ability to be objective is much more important, if you're biased, you'd see everything from that point of view.

        Interesting - I would have thought it would be rather complex to use in non-sciences, but the only reference to it at OU I found was to a test application by OU in 2009 in sciences and mathematics, amd that suggested thatit might be applicable for other areas of study. Obviously reserachers don't talk to each other!
