Good evening ladies and gentlemen on my acceptance into the forum. To begin with,i have a reasonable knowledge of legal procedure due to my participation in studying for a law degree as a mature student, for which i hope to add my knowledge into the forum, and hopefully learn in return.
Some times comments that i make may seem a bit abrupt, but please do not take it personally. I look at situations in an objective mind, not subjective. I only comment on established facts and where a comment is in my opinion, i will state so.
So to my question:
Last year i believe their was case law set where it was confirmed that in regards to a Consumer Credit Agreement regulated by the CCA 1974 (As Amended)
That the creditor was defined as the person who was demanding payment from the debtor as to the Act.
I am sure it was Link Financial, but cannot confirm. Is this case law contained within the forum archives for which a link will be appreciated.
thank you
