If that interests you have a look at a few threads on here Council Tax : Is it possible? - Legal Beagles Consumer Forum for example - or goodle freeman of the land - which is the same kind of area of thinking.

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

Streetwise, this is another take on a very old hat argument that could be applied to anything where a demand for payment or agreement is made in writing, based on the theory that when your birth is registered you effectively become two people - the flesh and blood you, and the paper you known as your 'legal fiction' otherwise known as the strawman.

Do not get involved in pursuing this without a vast amount of knowledge. I've read extremely widely round this and would not dream of using it. It is, admitedly, extremely interesting and I know people who do it, but you have to be prepared to spend nights in police cells and do it absolutely by the book. Most books and clips on the internet give some facts, but not all, and find out what happens to the people you see on You Tube etc... in the end.

I would very strongly recommend extreme caution in doing it, but it makes fascinating reading.
