des8 One more quick question if you don't mind, after reading loads of other threads, am i right in thinking that in my claim i can put a total amount incliuding other things and if they argue about the extra things then those amounts will get taken off? Thanks

You can claim damages i.e. for losses suffered as a result of the breach of contract.

Whether or not they will be awarded will depend on the judge
