anyman If you want to complain about what happened to you in the incident on 11th June all you need to.do is send them a formal complaint through the Independent Office for Police Conduct website.
https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk/com...make-complaint
You know the police officer's number according to your earlier post so you don't need his name.Last edited by PallasAthena; 28th June 2023, 14:17:PM.All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

Nothing in particular, but serve him documents of the event, So at first sight I send him a written statement of events of what I claim to have happened, there on after I invite him to give a written statement of his events of what he claims to have happened and to give him oppertunity to rebut any aligation that I have made. After that; its take its from there on reallyOriginally posted by wales01man View PostWhat are you going to serve on this officer if you get his name If you post up the letter others on here will advise you

If you write something like that to the police officer he will simply pass it straight the complaints department for Greater Manchester Police. He's not going to debate it with you.Originally posted by anyman View Post

Right! so that is exactly what he did by not answering my email, but at least I have given him oppotunity to put his argument forward and he did not reply, Just like when the PM was invited to be hered at the common law meeting he did not reply so we have silent acquiescence for which the jury will not hear his side of events nor would they take pity on him for having no defence. So if this is more then likely the case then we have the bastard for thieft and harasmentOriginally posted by PallasAthena View Post

But to be honest all I need is a name for from his badge number to get the ball rolling

like I said before it will be a common law court, I have the people to stand as jury though I just need someone with the knolage to set it up, and I know a few people who can do it! though I need to progress the matter firstOriginally posted by islandgirl View PostNor will there be any "alternative court"...
Can anyone please assist me in how I find out the officers name, or should I be asking this question ells where like somewhere like hear http://forums.pepipoo.com/
