Hi all, a pensioner freind of mine is seeking some advice on this situation. Her son passed recently and as his next of kin she started to collect her sons belongings. Her son had some property in a pawnbrokers (well known high street name witheld). When she visited the shop to collect the items she was told that one of the items (mobile phone) had been bought back by his step son and then later re pawned but registered to the step sons name. What should she do please any advice would be greatly appreciated

It depends on whether the step son bought it back during the term of it being pawned or whether the time to buy it back under the agreement had elapsed, it went on general sale and step son bought it?COMPLETING AN N180 DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE (SMALL CLAIMS TRACK) GUIDE
