17/01/2022 = Marbles rang to inform me that chargeback after 120 days is out of time, I pointed out as he refers to 1st 30 days, I pointed out I know that but as a fault developing within/after that time chargeback requested due to uncertainty Currys were going to apply.,

also that it takes time to follow requirements i.e. allow an initial repair etc. but after that if Currys do not refund then no charge back (Makes the system stink in the 1st year). have I got the paperwork stating they will refund?? no telecon conversation and the Unit as told was picked up receipt given to me> just have to hope it seems.

This is an option, £10 fee.

Currys messed around one department to another, keep getting told to do what I have already done., final person 45 minutes (4th department up the chain" agreed to a refund and collect old epson printer, now all completed and refunded after a fuss.

It covered the cost of the new HP printer.

Also sent a reminder a complaint against local staff still outstanding to their CEO

                    That's good news.

I'd still expect compensation, they shouldn't be writing things like 'arrogant etc' about you on company documentation, which is passed around the company.

sent email to state the complaint against member staff outstanding, now they say internal investigation sent to local store, we do not inform outsider to result, but you had £100 for a new printer?? already stated that is irrelevant to staff rudeness to me, thought at least an apology from local manger etc???

Just sent off a deadlock letter to chairman, receipt (I use states just been read), so await any response to staff complaint.

They can deal with the 'unresolved' element of your complaint, the poor treatment from customer services.
