    [QUOTE=R0b;n1595895]

    It means what it says on the tin, we don't have any recommendations for you so you are best looking elsewhere. Barristers are specialist court advocates, it is their bread and butter and there are plenty out there who have taken cases up to the ECtHR so if you can't be bothered to get on the direct access portal and make some calls, then you are unlikely to get what you're asking for.[Who are /QUOTE]

    Who are 'we'. Are you all the people in the forum? What makes you think you know better than me where I have looked? Don't you even know that most barristers will not talk to a private individual even when they claim they work on direct access. Don't you know that they want you to get solicitors to instruct them? Don't you know that people, like me, who need legal aid, have no option but to seek solicitors who work with legal aid?
    And you say 'we' like you know what everybody thinks and knows.

      A legal professional from their contact list that can help you prepare a case to take it to ECHR.

      No, I said I am looking for a referral. I made it clear, don't you understand?

      Total waste of time in this forum. I do nor believe there are real experts here, just people coming to annoy those who seek help.

        I made clear what the subject is, you so not even understand it saying it is a 'cause'

          Well in fairness it was a very detailed and specific subject as you told us

          "It is about children's rights to well being and health, discrimination, Article 8 Right to family life. Mainly"

          A rather broad definition in my humble opinion!

            I agree, if the OP want's someone like Amal Clooney to look at the case, maybe see what the OP can achieve on Twitter.
            In fact that might be more effective.
