We have a "no leaflets" sticker on the postbox, is ignored. Can we do anything?

It says on it you will report them ... so presumably the sticker maker thought about where they'd be reported to before making the sticker.
You could make a complaint to each of the businesses involved in leafleting you but it's unlikely to make much difference.
The letters aren't addressed so the mail preference service won't be of any use.
If some of the leaflets are being delivered by Royal Mail you can ask them to opt you out of unaddressed mail deliveries -https://www.royalmail.com/sites/defa...-Form-2015.pdf
but it won't stop random takeaway, charity bags, electricians and the like spamming your letterbox.#staysafestayhome
