can you post it up (redacted) or email it to me and I will??

I can't see it being anything but another scare tactic to be honest, which would be safe to ignore. But it's always worth checking

    tagging des8 for info xx

Sorry not sure how to edit post so will add on here, it says if not paid within 14 days it is referred back to the client who can decide on court action.
My mother says its unlikely to be bought to court (she phoning civil recovery up angrya emphasising my mental health issues and the miniscule amount attempted to be taken that no court would accept the case)

could you email me a copy/pic of the letter please??

I'd say that it would be better to completely ignore rlp (including your mother NOT phoning them) as they tend to think they've found a soft target if they get a response xx

Tell your Mum to just ignore the letters - don't ring them, once you start speaking to them they know they have a hook and could well ramp up the pressure. It is unlikely the client would take it to court, we haven't seen a shoplifting civil recovery claim in court since 2010 ( and they lost that ). Is it RLP or DWF or someone else ?

We have though seen other kinds of low value claims go to court - £15 I think the smallest has been. Mental Health issues and vulnerability is a reasonable challenge to them though - RLP do have a bit about Mental Health issues on the letters they send, but it would be better putting that in writing really, and even better IGNORE them.

I'll have a look see your previous posts ....

The letter I recieved today was by CRS (Civil Recovery solutions) and whenever I have gotten phone calls I would get a test asking to call back by UKRS
